Jack Edward Hawkins43, Ingalls, IN passed away November 3, 2005 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the son of the late Mr. Jack Eugene Hawkins and Betty Ruth Herrick Hawkins. He is survived by his mother, three sons,four brothers, a sister, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother. Visitation will be Saturday, November 5 at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry Moore Lawrence Chapel from 4 to 8 pm. Services will be Sunday at 2:00 with Burial at 1:30 pm Monday at Gravel Lawn Cemetery.
